I’m excited to offer live sessions three days a week at the Morrow Art Center this March at Shine on Yoga Studio. Sessions are held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Gentle Flow Class is also currently offered Tuesday at 11 am and may expand to other days if we can get a group together!
To make the most of our time together, I kindly ask that you book, call, or text at least one day in advance if you plan on joining me for live practice. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so I can welcome you and help you get settled into our space. If you will arrive late I just ask that you quietly enter studio.
Life can get busy, but it’s so important to carve out time for yourself. I offer a variety of practices, ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes, so you can find what best fits your schedule and needs. While we may not always have a full hour, the key to progress is consistency.
Make your wellness a priority—block out time for yourself and place it at the top of your to-do list. Taking care of your health and overall well-being is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
