Here, we explore breath and movement as a way to feel more connected—to your body, your spirit, and your life. Whether you’re here to build strength, release stress, stretch your edges, or simply take a deep breath… you belong here.

Sessions are personalized and open-hearted, blending movement, mindfulness, and optional faith-based support for a full-body reset.

One-on-one support to deepen your practice, support recovery, or simply move with more awareness.
Available virtually or in person (Cincinnati area)


✨ Group Classes & Workshops

Creative, playful, and grounding movement experiences designed to connect you to your body and to others in a safe and supportive space.


✨ Faith-Integrated Practice (Optional)

For those who desire it, we can weave scripture, prayer, and spirit-led reflection into our time together. Always invitational, never expected.


✨ Movement for Life Transitions

Whether you're navigating stress, recovery, or reinvention—these sessions offer space to breathe, reflect, and realign.

My approach is grounded in anatomy, inspired by grace, and designed for all bodies.

How To Prepare

Come as you are—tight hips, joyful heart, uncertain mind and all. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just open to listening to your body in a new way.


Bring:

  • A mat (or towel)
  • Water
  • A block, pillow, or blanket (optional)
  • An open mind and a sense of curiosity

How to show up:

  • Wear something comfortable
  • This is your time—free from judgment or expectation
  • You're always welcome to bring a journal, music, or personal intention

Meet & Move: Walk and Stretch Along the Little Miami River


Get to know your neighbors while enjoying the beauty of the Little Miami River Bike Trail! Join us for a relaxed 20-30 minute stroll, followed by some light stretching to leave you feeling refreshed and connected. Weather permitting.

This is a wonderful way to build community, stay active, and enjoy the outdoors. All are welcome—come as you are and bring a friend!
