Hi, I’m Casie Bray, PharmD, with over 17 years of experience working in high-stress healthcare environments. My work has evolved beyond traditional clinical roles into mental health support, trauma recovery, and integrative wellness, shaped by both professional experience and lived healing.
After navigating trauma, stress-related hospitalizations, and rebuilding my life while raising my two sons, I learned firsthand how essential human, empathetic support truly is. These experiences reshaped how I understand healing—not as something we power through, but something we approach with care and compassion.
This direction became especially clear after attending live peer support Zoom sessions. While the intention was good, it became evident that those offering support often lack space for their own restoration. The emotional weight they carry mirrors what I witnessed for years in healthcare—dedicated professionals giving continuously, often without enough support themselves.
My heart is to create restorative spaces for those who serve others.
My work centers on gentle, accessible practices that support nervous system regulation and resilience, including:
These tools are practical, adaptable, and designed for real life.
I offer workshops and sessions for:
Sessions are available in person or via Zoom and can be tailored for workshops, in-services, retreats, or ongoing support groups.
I am a 500-hour trained yoga instructor, healthcare-trained guide, healthy choice foodie, and faith-centered meditator. I believe healing doesn’t need to be heavy—it can be gentle, embodied, and even joyful.
My goal is simple: to help people feel seen, supported, and reminded that their well-being matters, so they can continue caring for others without losing themselves in the process.
