Use the shorter clips as foundational building blocks/tools you can return to at any time. They can be looked at as elements that can be used alone or in combination to deepen your own personal practice at home where you choose the time, length, pace, intensity, and mood you desire.
At the beginning or end of the day… it is your practice.
Fundamental building blocks are always needed but once those are learned and mastered there are no limits to what can be created as you progress and find your edge building more creative and challenging dynamic flows that integrate breath, movement, mindfulness and meditation.
