Mission

My Mission: Bridging Science, Spirit, and Story in Mental Wellness

As a healthcare professional , a goal to obtain my YT certification , and trauma survivor, I’ve walked in many shoes—clinician, caregiver, patient, and advocate. Through these experiences, I’ve come to believe that true healing requires an integrated approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit.

My mission is to use both my professional expertise and lived experience to promote compassionate, trauma-informed mental wellness. I’m passionate about advocacy, education, and research that uplifts whole-person healing and breaks down stigma around mental health.

By combining clinical knowledge, holistic practices, and a faith-based perspective, I hope to support others on their path to wholeness—and contribute meaningfully to the evolving dialogue around integrative mental health.
